Endoscopic Technician at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA (Part‑Time and Per Diem)
Positions available are Part‑Time and Per Diem and may include Day and Variable shifts. You will work 10‑hour shifts in this role. Schedule options can be discussed during interview.
St. Joseph Hospital is a four‑time Magnet designated hospital, the highest recognition for nursing excellence. Since 2007 it has been recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Working under the supervision of the Endoscopy Nurse Manager and Endoscopy RN, the technician provides assistance or support in all activities of the Endoscopy Service. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with procedures, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, room clean‑up and turn‑around, ordering and stocking supplies, reporting equipment maintenance needs, and performing clerical duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- Upon hire: Current Surgical‑OR Tech certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- Upon hire: Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER).
- GI/Endoscopy tech experience or surgical scrub tech experience.

Posted wage ranges are $24.82 – $37.98. Compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premium, additional shift incentives, or bonuses.
