Position Details
- Full‑time or part‑time Endodontist at Surprise and Avondale, Arizona
- Sign‑on bonus: $25,000
- Can provide H‑1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship
- Part‑time if right candidate
- Direct referrals from General Dentists
- Predominantly PPO practice, comprehensive dental office
- Compensation: percentage of production + $25,000 signing bonus

Position Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or ability to acquire by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
