With our senior endodontist preparing to retire, we're looking for a kind, driven, clinically skilled endodontist to step into an established referral base and grow with us.

The Opportunity

Step into a referral base that's already built. Our retiring endodontist has spent decades earning the trust of the region's referring dentists, and that network transfers to you with a loyal patient base, a full-time surgical and non-surgical caseload, and two operatories designated for you from day one.

You’ll practice full-scope endodontics , including:

• Non-surgical root canal therapy
• Endodontic retreatment
• Apicoectomy and endodontic microsurgery
• Non-vital bleaching
• Management of traumatic dental injuries
• Diagnosis and management of endodontic emergencies

You’ll be supported by modern technology built for specialty care:

• Endodontic microscopes in all four operatories
• CBCT imaging
• Fully digital charting, billing, and radiography

Mentorship on your terms. Our senior endodontist is available to mentor if you want it, with full respect for your autonomy as a trained specialist. Whether you're finishing residency or bringing years of experience, you'll have the support to build a high-producing specialty schedule.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A board-eligible or board-certified endodontist with a certificate from an accredited U.S. program
• A DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Licensed in Pennsylvania , or eligible for licensure
• Clinically skilled across full-scope endodontics , from microsurgery to trauma management
• Kind, driven, and patient-focused
• Interested in long-term growth in an established specialty practice; new residency graduates welcome
