How You’ll Succeed (Responsibilities)

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues.
• Evaluate findings and prescribe treatment to prevent tooth loss and restore function.
• Provide personalized, high‑quality care through team‑first collaboration.
• Stay current with innovative endodontic practices.
• Maintain affiliation with professional groups, dental associations, and societies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school.
• Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA.
• Specialty certificate.

Endo Guarantee

The Endo Guarantee is available to Endodontists during the first 12 months of employment that have met the requirements: minimum 192 days, attendance of training and development, and practice consistent with professional and ethical standards.
