Seeking a part-time or full-time Endocrinology Physician (State Licensed) to provide remote, evidence-based obesity treatment and comprehensive diabetes management, focusing on patient care and collaboration with advanced practice providers in a telemedicine setting. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care, focusing on obesity treatment and diabetes management, including insulin titration and the use of CGMs and insulin pumps Collaborate with APPs and Registered Dietitians, ensuring quality and continuity of care for patients with complex co-morbidities Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the diabetes and obesity medicine program Required qualifications MD or DO degree with valid and current Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine or endocrinology, or completion of an accredited Fellowship program Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, with eligibility to obtain additional state licenses Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities, including CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including the use of CGMs and insulin pumps
