Scarborough, ME - Locums Endocrinologist (IMLC Accepted) Availability
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 6 months with potential extension up to 1 year
- Coverage: Full-time
- Board Certified in Endocrinology
- Experience using Epic EMR
- 2 Supervisor References and 1 Peer Reference from the past 12 months
- Active Maine Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
- Thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) experience
Licensing candidates will be considered.
Schedule- Full-Time
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4 x 10-hour shifts) or 5 x 8-hour shifts
- No Call
- No Weekends
- Ambulatory Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic
- EMR: Epic
- Adult Endocrinology and Diabetes
- Endocrinology and diabetes management
- Hospital discharge follow-up visits
- New patient evaluations
- Follow-up appointments
- Comfortable seeing 16-20 patients per day
- Volume based on 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Current team includes 11 Endocrinologists and 4 APPs
