Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Call requirements: 6-7 weeks per year
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic with on-call support to two hospitals
- Types of Cases: Diabetes and Endocrinology; direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring (Residents, Medical Students, Fellows), quality improvement initiatives, and community health support
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within 5 years of becoming Board Eligible; no exceptions)
- Certifications: DEA, BLS Certification (must maintain recertification)
- Fellowship in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism required
- Licensure: Valid Michigan Medical License required at time of employment
