Endocrinology Physician

Total Compensation Range: $200k-$320k

A growing multidisciplinary physician group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join its expanding team in New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity to care for patients with a broad range of endocrine and metabolic conditions while working alongside experienced primary care providers, specialists, and clinical support staff. You'll have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships, practice evidence-based medicine, and collaborate within an integrated healthcare environment committed to exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, and other hormonal disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
• Order, interpret, and integrate laboratory studies, hormone testing, and diagnostic imaging into patient care plans.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and long-term treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology.
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Experience managing a diverse range of endocrine disorders in an outpatient setting.
• Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary patient care.
