Job Description

  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic conditions
  • Provide outpatient consultations, follow‑up care, and treatment planning
  • Build and grow a comprehensive endocrinology practice within the community
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
  • Support diabetes education and chronic disease management programs
  • Help shape a schedule structure that fits your practice style
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
  • Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
  • New graduates welcome to apply; flexible on start date and availability
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Expected base salary range $275,000 – $325,000+
