In this role, you will provide specialized endocrine and diabetes care while collaborating with our primary care providers to deliver integrated, value-based care to our members.
This position offers the opportunity to help re-envision how endocrine care can be delivered across our payvider framework utilizing team-based models and technologies in addition to traditional visits.
