Seeking an Endocrinology Physician - AL Licensed for a fully remote, part-time or full-time position, responsible for providing telemedicine care focused on obesity treatment and comprehensive diabetes management, while collaborating with advanced practice providers and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a telemedicine setting, focusing on obesity treatment and diabetes management Collaborate with advanced practice providers and Registered Dietitians to manage patient panels and ensure continuity of care Review patient charts and conduct visits to manage complex co-morbidities and contribute to quality improvement efforts Required qualifications: MD or DO degree with valid Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine or endocrinology, or completion of an accredited Fellowship program Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, with eligibility to obtain additional licenses Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with APPs and mentoring in a clinical setting
