DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide outpatient endocrine care, focusing on diabetes management.
  • Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and follow up.
  • Manage insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitor data for diabetic patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 5 providers and 3 NPs.
  • Document patient encounters using EPIC electronic health record and AI ambient scribe.
