$150,000 - $170,000 Annual Salary + Comprehensive Benefits Join a Growing Endocrinology Team A well-established, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a collaborative and patient-centered practice in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing management of chronic conditions including:
  • Diabetes Mellitus
  • Thyroid Disorders
  • Osteoporosis
  • Adrenal Disorders
  • Pituitary Disorders
  • Obesity and Metabolic Conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications including insulin therapies and endocrine treatments
• Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
• Assist with endocrine-related procedures including thyroid fine needle aspiration (FNA) and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) placement
• Collaborate with endocrinologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications Required

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active New York NP or PA license
• Current national board certification
• Minimum 3 years of endocrinology clinical experience
• At least 1 year of insulin pump management experience
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Preferred

• 5+ years of endocrinology experience
• Extensive experience managing:
  • Insulin pumps
  • Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
  • Diabetes management programs
  • Thyroid and osteoporosis treatment
• Specialized endocrinology training or certification
• Strong patient education and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary

• $150,000 - $170,000 annually
