Endocrinology NP/PA — Diabetes Care, $20k Sign-On

Stamford Health Medical Group seeks a driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Diabetes & Endocrinology Team in a 100%-based office position. The APRN/PA will work closely with seven endocrinologists, providing comprehensive care for diabetes, thyroid conditions and related hormonal disorders.
