Endocrinologist

Ochsner Health in Covington, LA is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologists to join their expanding service line on a full-time basis. The provider will manage a variety of conditions including thyroid, osteoporosis, diabetic, and pituitary and adrenal gland disorders in an outpatient setting. Working in collaboration with diabetes care specialists, the role features a supportive multi-specialty environment with no inpatient call or hospital consults. Practice Info

• Outpatient only practice located in Covington, LA
• Practice includes a mixture of thyroid, osteoporosis, diabetic, and pituitary and adrenal gland disorders
• Work in a team setting consisting of 1 physician, 3 APPs, and 1 diabetes educator
• Patient volume is around 14-15
• EPIC medical record platform utilized throughout the health system

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time
• Call: 1:8 after hours call only
• Flexible schedules to ensure a healthy work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixture of thyroid, osteoporosis, diabetic, and pituitary and adrenal gland disorders
• Work in collaboration with the team of Diabetes Care Specialists

• Salary is commensurate with experience and training
