Endocrinologist

Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a successful, well-established group in Bismarck, North Dakota. This high-volume practice features a broad referral base spanning Western North Dakota and a collaborative team consisting of one physician and two APPs. Providers will enjoy an educational and supportive environment with the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation plan
• Annual compensation of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

Shift & Schedule

• Diabetes educator on call Monday thru Saturday (8am-4pm) and Sunday (8am-12pm)
