- Solo physician to start, with plans to expand
- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient focus
- EPIC EMR + strong clinical support
Responsibilities

Compensation
- $350,000 guaranteed salary + bonus potential
- $350K guaranteed (Year 1)
- Sign-on: $50K
- Relocation: $15K
- Quality bonus + long-term earning potential
