Role Summary
The End User Computing (EUC) Engineer is responsible for engineering, managing, securing, and optimizing the enterprise end user technology environment. This role oversees the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of desktops, mobile devices, applications, operating system images, and related EUC platforms such as Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, and JAMF. The engineer ensures reliable end-user services, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement of workplace technology

6. Apple Device Management (JAMF)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows OS engineering.
• Experience with SOE image creation, maintenance, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with software packaging and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO management, and identity services.
• Experience with mobile device management and security compliance.
• Familiarity with JAMF for macOS/iOS environments.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
