End User Support - Programmer Analyst 6

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a End User Support - Programmer Analyst 6 for our premier client in Lansing, MI. Education and Experience:

6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience

4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript

5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud

3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including

Hands-on CRM development supporting crisis call workflows for the MICAL (Michigan Crisis Line), including coding and delivering user stories Work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and any future enhancements. Ensure that the technical requirements tie back to the established customer requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term strategy. Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. Demonstrated hands on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
