We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to help support and enhance its end-user technology environment. This role will focus on endpoint management, troubleshooting, virtual desktop technologies, security, and delivering a reliable experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and support enterprise endpoints using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Troubleshoot complex EUC issues and perform root cause analysis to improve long-term stability
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Exchange
- Support virtual desktop technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Maintain endpoint security, compliance, application delivery, and device management standards
- Provide high-level technical support and partner with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL best practices
- Collaborate within an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate:
- Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Exposure to AVD/VDI environments
- Knowledge of Exchange Online and/or Exchange On-Premises
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Comfortable working across multiple areas of EUC rather than specializing in only one technology
- Collaborative, adaptable, and interested in continuing to grow within modern workplace technologies
