End User Computing Engineer – AI Tools EnablementLocation: NYCWe are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with a strong focus on enterprise AI tools deployment and support across Windows and macOS environments. This role will be the primary point of contact for enabling, managing, and optimizing AI applications at the endpoint level.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar platformsTroubleshoot AI tool issues related to performance, compatibility, access, and endpoint configurationsManage application deployment using Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, AutopilotPerform application packaging (Win32,.pkg/.dmg) for AI and productivity toolsMonitor and optimize endpoint performance impact of AI applicationsAutomate provisioning and deployment workflows using PowerShell/Bash/PythonPartner with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant and scalable rolloutsMust Have Skills:Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
