End User Computing EngineerThe End User Computing Engineer will support, manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Goodwill's end-user computing environment consisting of desktop, mobile devices, printers, POS devices and peripherals across the enterprise. The desktop engineer also accepts ownership for various projects and implements initiative and assists in the design and planning of POS projects, while providing tier two/three support for other engineers and support team members.Principal duties include providing strategic, innovative and cost-effective solutions to increase efficiency, reliability, and integration of our EUC services and operations; developing lifecycle and asset management processes; developing strategic management processes, including new application and upgrade evaluations; testing new or enhanced applications including systems enhancements and providing feedback; deployment of Windows using Microsoft Autopilot; project and change management; problem solving; technical skill; community engagement; and completing all other duties/responsibilities as assigned.Requirements include an associate's degree or equivalent experience and 3-4 years experience, excellent customer service skills, experience with Active Directory, proven ability to provision and troubleshoot O365 accounts, basic network troubleshooting skills, experience in Windows Autopilot services setup and deployment, deep knowledge in software packaging and distribution using SCCM, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance, and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Skills include ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment, good knowledge and experience in Intune configurations, policies and management, and hands on experience in managing Windows Devices with co-management.Core cultural competencies include customer focus, values differences, communicates effectively, situational adaptability, drives results, and ensures accountability.Physical/sensory demands include ability to remain stationary for extended periods, repetitive use of hands is required in the form of fine manipulations while using a computer keyboard, must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form, vision is required to transfer written information into electronic databases, ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds, and ability to travel between Goodwill locations as needed.
