Encounter Data Submissions Program Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program, including SOPs and guides.
• Evaluate ROI of ASM workstreams and drive workflow efficiencies.
• Oversee daily processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Medicare Advantage/ACA encounter data experience.
• X-12 837 knowledge, SQL skills, and proficiency in MS Office and project tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership presentation.
