Focused on executing key initiatives within the Revenue Operations framework, the full-time remote Enablement Operations Manager will manage math and science product portfolios, ensuring educator-facing teams have the necessary resources and support to drive student outcomes in K-8 classrooms. Key responsibilities Own key projects and initiatives related to the i-Ready Classroom Mathematics and science product portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate information for field teams Serve as the primary subject matter expert for math and science products, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams Lead the operational execution of knowledge management audits and maintain essential enablement resources for math and science Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, operations, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education totaling 4 years 3+ years of professional experience in operations, product marketing, product management, or similar fields Experience leading cross-functional projects Working knowledge of K-8 mathematics and science instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design Experience with EdTech software, content, and services is preferred
