Northwest Ambulance is seeking an EMT Educator to own the EMT education pathway, from orientation to field practice, reporting to the Clinical Manager and collaborating with the RN Educator, operations leadership, FTOs, and QA/QM.
You will deliver hands-on classroom and field training, develop standardized evaluation tools, and translate policies into practical training, while maintaining an annual education calendar and accurate records.
