If you are ready to apply your expertise in HVAC Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Energy Management Systems (EMS), we want you on our team!ResponsibilitiesAssist in HVAC DDC and EMS design and submittal reviews.Analyze utility data to identify schools for recommissioning.Evaluate EMS, energy data, and alarms for energy conservation opportunities.Conduct site visits to assess EMS/DDC conditions.Implement low-cost solutions for EMS system improvements.Respond to trouble calls and troubleshoot electrical and DDC issues.Support in-house commissioning projects.RequirementsMinimum of three years' experience as an HVAC DDC technician.Understanding of computer networking principles.Ability to troubleshoot HVAC DDC maintenance issues.Fundamental understanding of HVAC operations.Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering or a related field OR a two-year technical degree with additional experience.PreferencesExperience with multiple DDC manufacturers such as Automated Logic and Trane.Proven ability to debug installation issues.Experience supporting installation personnel on project sites.Experience in commissioning EMS.
