Mercy Health System is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor EMT/Paramedic to lead in pre-hospital care settings. You will perform direct patient care, assess and evaluate patients, and instruct EMTs and Paramedics in inservice training while supervising daily operations.
Responsibilities include making operational decisions in the absence of management, acting as a preceptor for EMT/Paramedic students, and handling clerical and maintenance duties as needed.
