EMR Assistant Operations ManagerWe are hiring immediately for a EMR Assistant Operations Manager position.Location: Mountain view, CASchedule: Monday - Friday (4:00pm - 12:00am)Pay Range: $73,000 - 80,000 AnnuallyThe EMR Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) department through the management of various work order systems, monitoring building alerts, and handling emergency escalations. This role directly manages hourly technicians who perform preventative maintenance, repair, equipment moves, and other maintenance tasks. The ability to work independently, attention to detail and time management, a focus on user experience, and a priority for safety are all critical to this position.The great things you will be expected to do:Manage hourly technicians, ensure safety and efficient execution of maintenance dutiesSupport the operations by utilizing a variety of digital platformsGather, sort, verify, and enter various asset and other data typesMonitor and respond to support requests, building alerts, escalations, ticketsAssist with commercial fleet vehicles, drivers, safety, accident / incident supportAssist with day-to-day financial and administrative tasksRun various reporting, write daily recapsManage jobs and escalations with third-party vendorsIn-field support: assist team with access issues, quality assurance, problem solving, supportMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experienceCommitment to safety and promoting a safe work environmentHas a minimum of 2 years' experience with food service equipment or similar facilities environmentExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong passion for great food, hospitality and user experienceGeneral understanding and experience with the maintenance of food service equipmentManages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlinesAbility to follow all Health & Safety standardsDemonstrates good judgment and decision-making skillsMaintain a positive attitude under pressure and motivate teamWorking knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAbility to work in a fast paced, changing environmentPhysical and Language Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
