Responsibilities
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations in employment matters.
- Manage class/collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour issues.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair case management.
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
- Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
- In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Current CA Bar admission.
