Duties
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
- Handle employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, and more.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation, with first-chair case management experience.
- Current Indiana Bar admission in good standing.
- Supervisory experience over associates and paralegals.
- In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

- Indiana Bar admission.
