Duties
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations, including class/collective actions and discrimination cases.
- Manage litigation cases in a first-chair capacity.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Current SC Bar admission in good standing.
- Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
- In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
Education
- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Current SC Bar admission.
