Location
Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid schedule combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Active California Bar admission and at least 4 years of employment law litigation experience are required for consideration; these are non-negotiable qualifications.

Job Description

• Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Analyze claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance cases efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 4+ years of employment law litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team environment
• Backgrounds in plaintiff, defense, in-house, or solo practice are welcome
