Key Responsibilities
- Analyze employment law scenarios, identify key legal issues, assess risk, and apply sound legal judgment.
- Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
- Provide clear corrections and structured feedback to improve AI-generated work.
Qualifications
- J.D. from a U.S. law school.
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- More than 3 years of substantive legal practice experience, preferably in employment or labor law.
- Employment law expertise, strong legal analysis, issue-spotting, legal reasoning, and legal document review skills.
- Excellent written English communication, attention to detail, and ability to provide AI evaluation feedback.
Work Terms
- Remote, contract engagement for candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
- $100 to $170 per hour.
