Employment Law Attorney – Jones Networking (Baltimore, MD)

Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• At least 10 years of experience advising clients on management-side employment issues
• Litigation experience is a plus
• Conducting workplace investigations and training
• Responding to claims filed with federal, state and local agencies and courts
• Drafting position statements, court filings and other documents
• Provide strategic legal advice
• Advise clients on EEO issues, federal and state wage and hour law, and compliance with federal, state and local leave laws

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission in good standing to the Maryland State Bar
• Minimum of 10 years’ MD employment law experience
• Book of Business
