Position Summary:
A respected legal firm based in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a skilled and client-focused Employment Law Intake Attorney. This hybrid role is ideal for a legal professional who excels at conducting detailed case evaluations, building strong client relationships, and making strategic recommendations in the area of employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake interviews and assess the merits of potential employment law cases
• Analyze facts and documentation related to labor law violations and workplace disputes
• Make legal determinations and recommendations for case acceptance
• Maintain accurate intake records and communicate findings to legal teams
• Collaborate closely with litigation attorneys and paralegals
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent legal judgment and client service mindset
