Employment Law Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing legal counsel and representation to clients regarding workplace rights, discrimination, and labor relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
- Representing employees in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings related to employment disputes.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy manuals.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
- Developing and implementing legal strategies.
- Assisting in the preparation of case strategies, including gathering evidence and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and case law.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
