This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with the support of an in-office team, while working on meaningful employment law cases that shape lives.

Responsibilities

• Champion employees facing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.


• From intake to trial, lead cases with autonomy—handling discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
