Employment Counsel — Strategic Litigation & Policy Leader

Family Dollar seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel – Employment to lead the defense of employment litigation, arbitration, and EEO matters from Chesapeake, VA, with regular travel across the continental U.S.

You will advise Human Resources, Loss Prevention and Store Operations, draft policies, and manage outside counsel to ensure compliant handling of cases and timely resolutions in a fast-paced retail environment.
