Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in California.
- Exceptional personal interaction skills and excellent academic background.
- Proven writing, analysis, and research skills.
- Self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
- Commitment to superior client service.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Work on employment litigation matters, including client interactions, hearings, depositions, and trials. Engage in all aspects of small to large scale employment litigation cases within a national firm context.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligibility for discretionary and performance‑based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.
Pay ranges (approximate):
- Associates (1‑6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
