Duties
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery
- Work on trial preparation and trial strategy
- Litigate employment-related matters involving a broad range of workplace claims under California law
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Three plus years of experience in employment law
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team
- Highly motivated with strong professional judgment and interpersonal skills
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
