Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Details
- Handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients
- Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
- Counsel employers on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
- Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and other employment-related documents
- Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution
- Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable
- Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives
Qualifications
- J.D. and active Tennessee Bar admission
- Recent labor and employment experience
- Strong background in employment litigation, Tennessee employment law, and employer-side counseling
- Wage and hour and class action experience is a plus
