Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join its New Jersey practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated employment matters while gaining meaningful client-facing, deposition, hearing, and trial experience within a national platform.

What You'll Work On:

• Handle employment-related litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Manage written discovery and conduct legal research
• Take and defend depositions
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced employment litigators
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process
• Take on increasing responsibility for matters with limited supervision

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of attorney experience
• Employment law and/or employment litigation experience preferred
• Strong litigation, research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication abilities
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong academic credentials
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Active New Jersey & Pennsylvania Bar admission required
