Employment Litigation Attorney

Our client is one of the premiere plaintiff NYC employment law firms. They specialize in sexual harassment and employment discrimination. They deal with very high value cases and are currently looking to expand their team. This role is working directly with one of the firm's partners. It's a very structured firm with room to grow and a partner-track. They are on-site, in their downtown NYC office 5 days a week.

Ideally, we are looking for a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, brief writing/legal research and courtroom advocacy. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of litigation experience.

This position is paying a base salary of around 150k-160k, (some wiggle room) plus 5% of the net attorney fees. With a conservative annual settlement of 2M, overall comp should be around 200k-210k.
