Employment Attorney (Principal Or Counsel)Direct Counsel seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney for a leadership role within a well-regarded law firm's Labor, Employment & Immigration practice group. Ideal candidates bring 7-10 years of employment law experience, with a focus on management-side representation and expertise in employment agreements, wage and hour compliance, employee leave/ADA accommodations, separation agreements, and policies.About The Role: This attorney will provide counsel on key employment matters, including compliance, handbook creation, and separation agreements, while actively collaborating with attorneys across the firm's offices.
