Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, particularly website accessibility claims.
- Collaborate with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance and related issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Provide support on a broad range of employment, labor, and litigation matters as needed.
