Employer Brand Leader: Build Our Talent Story

OpenLoop Health is hiring an Employer Brand Manager to build our first employer brand and recruitment marketing function from the ground up. You will lead hands-on campaigns and candidate-facing content, then expand into ownership of how our story reaches talent across the market.

You will own candidate funnel analytics, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and begin scoping our EVP as the function scales.
