In this role, you will oversee investigations, advise leaders on policy and compliance, and resolve sensitive workplace issues while promoting CSL’s patient-focused, inclusive culture. You will coach HR partners and managers, ensure consistent application of policies, and mitigate risk through sound, data-informed decisions.
Partnering with Legal and Compliance, you’ll develop best practices, support organizational change, and drive continuous improvement in employee experience and workplace integrity worldwide.
