Employee Relations Strategist

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations to conduct complex workplace investigations and serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and programs. You will support department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching on corrective actions.

Full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field and at least two years of HR experience; knowledge of employment law; proficiency with Microsoft Office
