Employee Relations Specialist

Providing hands-on support for employee relations, the part-time Employee Relations Specialist will manage investigations, advise HR partners on best practices, and ensure compliance with workplace policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead quality investigations from intake interviews to recommended corrective actions Advise HR Business Partners and HR Generalists on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions Create guidelines and training to educate staff on addressing behavioral issues in the workplace Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations within a complex, rapidly changing environment Demonstrated ability to coach and influence HR professionals at multiple levels WGA union experience and knowledge of labor law is a plus Experience in employee relations in EMEA and APAC countries is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and objective demeanor
