Employee Relations Partner — HR Investigations & Guidance

Prime Healthcare in Ontario, CA is seeking a Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations to conduct complex workplace investigations, advise department heads on HR policies, and support the resolution of employee relations issues. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR, 2+ years HR experience, knowledge of employment law, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, and travel.

Sexual Harassment certification must be obtained within 6 months.
